Design Engineer

Derek embarked on an exhilarating internship during the Summer of 2021, which transitioned into a role as a part-time Design Engineer. In December of 2022, he earned his Master’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington, specializing in Structural Engineering and Mechanics. Beyond the professional realm, Derek is an enthusiast of Formula 1, finding excitement in the precision and ingenuity of the sport. His passion for the races extends to a broader aspiration of traveling the world to witness these thrilling events firsthand and experiencing the local cultures.
