As the founder of Dibble Engineers, Robb is dedicated to encouraging the DEI team to engage, respond, and create lasting relationships with clients, while providing superior structural engineering services. Robb’s career has included a variety of civic, commercial, and residential projects. He is an expert in building assessment and construction defect repairs, and often serves as an expert witness to settle litigation related to structural damage. Robb enjoys spending quality time with his wife, son, and golden retriever named Boulder at the family cabin on Lake Cavanaugh. He also enjoys golfing in Arizona, and investing in local real estate. Outside the office, Robb serves as a frequent volunteer and committee member for the Bear Creek School, as well as the Lake Washington School District’s EMTAC committee. He also sits on the board of several local businesses and professional organizations.
